Hi there! 

My name is Patty Muhlhauser, and I have been a real estate professional since 1993. I am a licensed broker and have been since 2002. I was born and raised in Coeur d Alene, and I am proud to call this area my home.

Outside of work, I am an active volunteer in the 4-H program, and I have been since 1998. I find joy in helping young people develop their skills and passions. In my professional life, I also enjoy helping new agents get started in the real estate industry, as well as assisting experienced agents in expanding their businesses.

When I'm not working or volunteering, I love spending time outdoors and with my family. I have eight wonderful grandchildren, three daughters, and three son-in-laws. Family is very important to me, and I cherish every moment I get to spend with them.

I have been with John L Scott as a managing broker since 2013, and I have found it to be a fantastic company to work for. My dad was a builder, so I have always had a passion for building and working with my hands. Being a real estate professional allows me to combine that passion with my love for helping others.

I have been married since 1992, and I truly believe that everyone should be able to realize the American dream of homeownership.
